This website is operated by BERNICE U. ART. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BERNICE U. ART. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Products

All artworks are original, handmade pieces created by the artist unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of handmade work:

  • slight variations, textures, and imperfections may be present

  • colors may appear differently depending on screen settings

These are not considered defects but part of the character of the work.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify pricing at any time prior to purchase

  • correct any pricing errors

Payment must be completed in full at checkout unless an approved installment option is selected.

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order

  • limit quantities per customer

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We offer shipping worldwide unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary

  • BERNICE U. ART is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

For international orders:

  • customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • include clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of BERNICE U. ART.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant rights to:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • commercialize the work

Written permission is required for any use beyond personal display.

Use of Website

You agree not to use this site for:

  • unlawful purposes

  • violating any applicable laws

  • infringing on intellectual property

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

 

Limitation of Liability

BERNICE U. ART is not liable for:

  • delays outside of our control

  • misuse or improper handling of artwork after delivery
